Chairman of CONINCO 3C- Mr Tran Viet Cuong visits and works with southern project center: accelerating growth, reaching new heights

On July 18, 2025, Chairman of the Board of Directors Tran Viet Cuong visited and worked with the Southern Project Center, a vital extension of CONINCO 3C Joint Stock Company, led by Deputy General Director Tran Thanh Xuan. The visit focused on reviewing the center’s operations for the first half of 2025 and discussing plans for the remaining six months, aiming to drive sustainable development and reinforce the company’s standing in the construction consulting industry.

The Southern Project Center has achieved remarkable progress, particularly in executing major projects such as the Bến Thành - Suối Tiên Metro, H5-H7 Bình Dương Residential Complex, and An Phú Thịnh Bình Dương Residential Complex. Despite a volatile and challenging market, the center surpassed its targets, achieving 115% of the planned output, establishing itself as one of the top three fastest-growing units within CONINCO 3C. These accomplishments highlight the center’s exceptional management and its pivotal role in expanding the company’s market presence in southern Vietnam.

During the meeting, Mr Cuong attentively listened to detailed reports from the center’s leadership on ongoing projects, challenges overcome, and future development strategies. He highly commended the unity and relentless efforts of the center’s staff, recognizing their significant contributions to the company’s overall success. The Chairman emphasized that these achievements reflect the team’s “dynamic momentum,” laying a solid foundation for even greater goals.
