CONINCO 3C organizes a memorable company retreat to Van Don, Quang Ninh

From July 13 to 15, 2025, CONINCO 3C Joint Stock Company organized an unforgettable retreat to Van Don, Quang Ninh, for nearly 50 employees, including those working at remote project sites who received company welfare support. Guided by the motto “Building Trust, Embracing Serenity,” the trip offered opportunities for relaxation, exploration, and team bonding after demanding workdays. The group visited stunning destinations such as the sacred Cai Bau Pagoda, the picturesque Phuong Dong Beach, and the splendid Wydham Beach, immersing themselves in nature with boundless joy.

At Cai Bau Pagoda, with its tranquil ambiance and unique architecture, the group found moments of peace, kindling wishes for health and success. At Phuong Dong and Wydham Beaches, employees enjoyed lively beach activities and captured memorable photos. Laughter echoed amidst the clear waters and radiant sunshine, creating cherished moments. The highlight of the retreat was a vibrant gala dinner held on the evening of July 14, 2025, at an elegant seaside restaurant in Van Don. The gala was filled with exuberance, illuminated by twinkling lights and cheerful melodies. Chairman Tran Viet Cuong opened the event with an inspiring speech, acknowledging the tireless dedication of employees and expressing his vision for CONINCO 3C to continue its journey of sustainable growth and excellence in the construction consulting industry. Warm applause resounded, reflecting the team’s unity and pride.

During the gala, lively games such as “Catch the Phrase” and “Makeup Challenge” electrified the atmosphere, with enthusiastic participation from all attendees.
