CONINCO 3C organizes annual health check-up for employees in 2025

CONINCO 3C Joint Stock Company conducted its annual health check-up program for 2025, covering all employees at its headquarters and project sites nationwide. This initiative reflects the leadership’s commitment to employee well-being, ensuring high-quality work and contributing to the sustainable development of CONINCO 3C.

To facilitate the process, CONINCO 3C partnered with Thu Cúc TCI International General Hospital to conduct blood sample collection at the company’s office on June 6, 2025. The procedure, carried out by a professional medical team, ensured safety, hygiene, and time efficiency. Blood tests included assessments of liver and kidney function, blood sugar, lipid levels, and other general health indicators to detect potential health issues early.

On June 10, 2025, employees at the headquarters underwent comprehensive health examinations at Thu Cúc TCI International General Hospital, located at 216 Trần Duy Hưng, Cầu Giấy, Hanoi. The program included:

• General medical check-ups and specialized endoscopic examinations (stomach and colon).

• Abdominal and thyroid ultrasounds, along with imaging tests (X-rays).

• Personalized health consultations based on test results and clinical examinations.
  The process was well-organized, supported by experienced medical professionals and modern facilities.

For employees working at remote project sites, CONINCO 3C implemented a policy to fully or partially cover health check-up costs at reputable hospitals or medical centers near their workplaces. These examinations matched the standards of the Hanoi program, including blood tests, general check-ups, and specialized tests as needed. Employees were guided to compile health records and submit results to the Human Resources Department for long-term monitoring.

The 2025 health check-up program not only enabled employees to monitor their health and detect issues early but also underscored CONINCO 3C’s commitment to fostering a healthy and sustainable work environment. At the program’s closing, the General Director emphasized: “The health of our employees is our most valuable asset, forming the foundation for CONINCO 3C to successfully execute key projects and strengthen its position in the construction consulting industry.”
