EXAMINATION OF DESIGN DOCUMENTS
Design verification is an important step in the process of implementing investment projects on construction of works, contributing to ensuring the quality of the design blueprint, overcoming possible errors of design consultants, help save investment costs, increase the reliability of the design project.
Content included:
- Considering the design's compatibility with approved investment projects and explanations;
- Check the application of standards and norms;
- Assessing the appropriateness of the main structural solution;
- Assessing the level of bearing safety of the project:
- Assessment of compliance with environmental regulations, fire protection;
- Evaluate the reasonableness of the selection of technological lines and technological equipment for works requiring technology;
- Evaluate the technical system's compatibility with design solutions and other related parts.
EVALUATION PRICE AND ESTIMATE
a. Verification of the total investment of the project
- Check the appropriateness of the method of determining the total investment with the characteristics, technical properties and technological requirements of the project;
- Check the adequacy and suitability with the actual market requirements of the cost items in the total investment;
- Check the properties of the efficiency of construction investment, risk factors, financial plans, capital repayment plans.
b. Verification of construction cost estimates
- Check the volume suitability mainly compared to the designed volume;
- Checking the appropriate application of norms and unit prices;
- Check the appropriate application of the current regulations of the State for the estimation work.
c. Verification of construction and item settlement
- Checking the compatibility between the volume of final settlement and the volume in the completed drawing drawings;
- Regarding unit prices: Checking the compatibility of work construction unit prices as prescribed in construction and installation contracts;
- Determining the value of construction and item settlement.
d. Verification of construction cost estimate norms
- Conformity of technical requirements, construction conditions and construction measures of each type of work should be set up the estimated norms;
- Check the completeness of the work components;
- Check calculation method to determine waste of materials, labor, construction machines;
- Set the norm details.
