Do Muoi Urban Area Project, Hai Phong Progress Update (March 2025)

The new urban area project along the extended Do Muoi road, located in Tan Duong and Duong Quan communes, Thuy Nguyen district, Hai Phong city, is being carried out with good construction progress and quality.

As of early March 2025, the project is focusing on the main tasks

• Low-rise buildings and social housing

1. Construction and finishing of the Showroom - Sales House: items are 90-100% completed.
2. Piling work for low-rise blocks from 1 to 7: the progress is 70-100% completed.

• Technical infrastructure and auxiliary works

1. Constructing stormwater drainage pipes and wastewater treatment tanks.
2. Dredging mud and building stone/reinforced concrete walls around lakes within the project area.

The February 2025 overall project report shows that the new urban area project along Do Muoi Road in Hai Phong is progressing well, with many tasks excellently completed and the remaining tasks being accelerated.

Although there are still some details that need additional documents and completion, strict quality control and labor safety measures are being implemented seriously, helping to confirm the quality of the entire project's construction.
