The Groundbreaking Ceremony of AEON MALL Thanh Hoa Project

CONINCO 3C Joint Stock Company is honored to participate as the Project Management Consultant and Supervision Consultant.

On December 9, 2024, in Thanh Hoa City, the groundbreaking ceremony of AEON MALL Thanh Hoa Project – AEON MALL's 8th shopping center in Vietnam – was held solemnly with the participation of local leaders, investors, partners, and numerous guests. This is a key project marking the significant development of commercial infrastructure in Thanh Hoa and neighboring provinces.

The AEON MALL Thanh Hoa Shopping Center Project has a total investment capital of VND 4,157 billion, covering an area of 10.5 hectares with a total construction floor area of 120,000 m² and a leasable area of 52,000 m². The first phase of the project includes a 5-story shopping center and 1 basement floor. This is the largest land-use project among those that AEONMALL Vietnam Co., Ltd. has invested in and is currently implementing in Vietnam, featuring a modern, multifunctional integrated shopping center that includes a variety of retail stores, service areas, a conference hall, meeting rooms, office spaces for lease, dining services, children's play areas, sales booths, supermarkets, etc. The establishment of AEON MALL Thanh Hoa will contribute to economic development, create jobs for thousands of local workers, and transform the urban landscape of Thanh Hoa City.
