This morning, in a formal atmosphere, esteemed representatives of CONINCO 3C Joint Stock Company were honored to attend the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the housing construction project for officers and soldiers of the People's Public Security (CAND) armed forces, located at Lot N02, 275 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi. The event marks a significant start for a project of profound social significance, contributing to the realization of the policies of the Party, the State, and the Ministry of Public Security in caring for the lives and ensuring the welfare of officers and soldiers who serve the nation day and night.

The social housing project at 275 Nguyen Trai is situated in a prime location with a modern and synchronous master plan. Upon its expected completion in the second quarter of 2027, the project will provide approximately 408 high-quality apartments, addressing a portion of the urgent housing needs for the force's personnel. This is not merely a construction work but also a symbol of care and a practical support policy for the armed forces, helping officers "settle down and thrive," find peace of mind in their duties, and excellently fulfill all assigned tasks.

With a reputation and experience affirmed through numerous key national projects, CONINCO 3C is proud to be entrusted by the Investor with the vital role of Supervision Consultant for this important project.
