Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Logicross Hai Phong Project – Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Zone, Hai Phong City

On the afternoon of November 19, 2024, the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Logicross Hai Phong Project was held at Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Zone, Hai Phong City. This is the second project by Mitsubishi Estate Group (Japan) with a total investment of 55 million USD. The ceremony was attended by Leaders of Hai Phong City, leaders from related departments, branches and the Owner’s management board together with entities participating in the project. A delegation from CONINCO 3C, led by Chairman cum CEO Tran Viet Cuong, presented flowers of congratulations and attended the ceremony..

With a scale of 150,968 m², the Logicross Hai Phong Project offers approximately 85,768 m² of modern ready-built warehouses, consisting of two independent warehouse blocks. The project, with a total investment of 55 million USD, is invested by Mitsubishi Estate Group and is scheduled to commence operations in Quarter III of 2025. The project is built according to international standards, satisfies tenant demands while achieving EDGE Advanced certification requirements. It also integrates sustainable features to optimize tenants' operational costs and minimize environmental impacts.

As part of its long-term development strategy, Hai Phong, with its current strengths and robust growth momentum, has received attention from the CONINCO 3C's Board of Management to promote its development and enhance the consultancy quality. The Logicross Project further solidifies the recognition and trust from project owners in the capability, reputation, and expertise of CONINCO 3C in providing consultancy services.
