Progress of Social housing project in General warehouse 3 Lac Vien, Hai Phong

The project is invested by Thai – Holding JSC and is implemented on an area of 16.9 hectares, with a total investment of VND 4,865 billion.

The social housing area has an area of about 53,913 m2, including 10 blocks of 15-storey apartment buildings with about 4,456 apartments; the Commercial residential area of about 13,063 m2 with 7 floors with about 163 apartments: technical infrastructure on a land area of 16.91 ha (including on-site resettlement area with an area of 8,100 m2).
