Hanoi, June 4, 2025 – CONINCO 3C Joint Stock Company held its regular monthly review meeting for June 2025 at its headquarters on Friday, June 6, 2025. The meeting brought together the Board of Directors, the General Management Board, heads of departments and affiliated centers, and all key personnel of the company.
1. Announcement of Appointment of Director of Design Center
During the meeting, the company leadership formally announced the appointment of Mr. Nguyễn Tiến Dũng as Director of the Design Center, effective from June 1, 2025. The leadership and attendees congratulated Mr. Nguyễn Tiến Dũng, expressing confidence that he will steer the Design Center toward new achievements, enhancing CONINCO 3C’s standing in the construction consulting industry. In his acceptance speech, Mr. Nguyễn Tiến Dũng committed to working tirelessly and collaborating closely with other departments to ensure the quality of design projects and contribute to the company’s sustainable growth.

2. Report on Operations and Business Performance up to May 2025
Department heads provided a comprehensive overview of the company’s operations and business performance from the start of the year to the end of May 2025. Key highlights include:
Revenue: The company sustained steady growth, with major projects such as AEONMALL Hạ Long, AEONMALL Thanh Hóa, and social housing and high-end residential complexes in Hải Phòng meeting the progress and quality expectations of investors.
New Projects: The company secured several contracts for project management consulting and design services in newly tapped, high-potential markets.
Personnel and Organization: The company finalized the restructuring of key leadership roles, including the appointment of the Director of the Design Center, to boost management and operational efficiency.
