On February 3, 2025, CONINCO 3C Joint Stock Company held its annual Spring Kickoff Ceremony in a joyful and vibrant atmosphere. This special event symbolizes unity and enthusiasm among all employees while expressing hopes for a prosperous, successful, and sustainable year ahead. The ceremony took place at the company’s office with the presence of the Board of Directors and all employees in a warm, cheerful, and excited ambiance.

Opening the ceremony, Mr. Tran Viet Cuong, Chairman of the Company, extended his New Year greetings to all employees and expressed deep gratitude for their dedication and contributions over the past year. He emphasized: "The year 2024 marked significant achievements for CONINCO 3C in various fields of construction consultancy. Let us continue to foster solidarity and creativity to reach greater goals and truly elevate ourselves in 2025."

Following the speech, the traditional "New Year Lucky Money" ritual was performed, symbolizing good fortune and prosperity for the company throughout the year. Senior leaders personally handed out red envelopes to each employee, accompanied by heartfelt wishes for health, happiness, and success.

Beyond the internal Spring Kickoff Ceremony, CONINCO 3C also organized a New Year pilgrimage for all employees. On February 4, 2025, the delegation visited Au Co Temple, a sacred site that attracts numerous visitors and pilgrims during the early days of spring in Ha Hoa District, Phu Tho Province.

At the temple, participants offered incense, praying for smooth work, family happiness, and the sustainable growth of the company. The solemn yet warm atmosphere of the ancient temple brought a sense of peace and strengthened everyone’s determination for the journey ahead.

The Spring Kickoff Ceremony and New Year pilgrimage are not just cultural traditions but also reflect CONINCO 3C's long-term vision.
