Progress of Golden City- An Giang Social Housing project

     Golden City An Giang Urban Area project has a scale of 48.92 hectares, of which social housing has an area of 42,831 m2, built into 2 subdivisions: Zone A 24,234 m2 and Zone B 18,597 m2, construction area 22,029 m2, green area 5,244 m2, construction floor area 186,234 m2.

Golden City An Giang urban area has all kinds of villas, shophouses, townhouses, and apartments. There are 1300 land lots of villas and commercial townhouses, and the area is from 90 - 505 m2. The population is expected to be about 6,696 people, construction standards at the villa project are 3 floors, a shophouse 3-5 floors, and social housing including 2 apartment buildings with 10 floors.
