On January 6, 2021, Park Kiara - Park city high-end apartment project phase 3B achieved the following progress:

Basement block, basement: Complete 90% of reinforced concrete structures

Tower A: Construction of formwork, rebar of the 6th floor floor beam reaches 90%

Tower B: Construction of formwork, rebar of the 6th floor floor beam reaches 40%
