The Supervisory Board of the Housing project for sale to Hanoi police officers and soldiers and other subjects reported the construction progress in September 2021 as follows:

- Townhouse 9NO: 

 + Building plaster 4 and apartment 16

 + Finishing the 9NO pavement on the road surface of route 1

 + Clean and hand over apartments 5-15 to households

- 11NO high-rise building:

  + Construction of floor beams 7

  + Cleaning, defect tunnel

  + Import brick materials to prepare for construction work
