Project progress of Park Kiara luxury apartment project - Park city phase 3B in June 2021

On June 2, 2021, the Park Kiara - Park city luxury apartment project phase 3B has achieved the following progress:

1. Construction of body structure:

- Tower A: Completed concrete pouring of floor beams on the 21st floor.

- Tower B: Construction of columns, walls and beams on floor 20

2. MEP work: 

- Floor sound pipe system:

+ Tower A: to the 21st floor.

+ Tower B: to the 19th floor

- Complete:

+ Tower A to the 10th floor, the drainage shaft to the 14th floor. 

+ Tower B to 9th floor, drainage shaft to 14th floor. 

3. Finishing work:

- Tower A: 

+ Complete the model apartment on the 5th floor.

Construction: 15th floor.

+ Inner plaster: 9th floor Tầng

+ Plastering: 11th floor to 5th floor

+ Rolling platform: 8th floor

+ Waterproofing: 7th floor

+ Paint: 9th floor.

- Tower B: 

Construction: 13th floor.

+ Inner plaster: 7th floor.

+ Rolling platform: 5th floor

+ Waterproofing: 6th floor

+ Paint: 6th floor.

4. Covering works: 95%
