On July 15th,2020, The project “ The condominium at Lot No15-16” is been in progress as an approved schedule. The investor is Hanoi Construction No3 Co., JSC. The project includes 5 buildings as No16.1; No16.2; N016.3; No16.4,5. Each building has 15 stories and 01 basement. Both buildings are connected by basement B1 and the internal landscape.

The project is in progress to finish the building of N015.3; No16.1, No16.2, No16.3. The construction of the structure is competed 09 buildings.
