Members include: Board of Directors with representatives of centers and departments in the Company.

At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Head of Planning Department briefly discussed the issues at the last September 2020 meeting, the shortcomings and the work completed in September 2020. The Chief Accountant also presented about the company's financial activities in the past month. Center representatives respectively presented unfinished issues and discussed solutions.

Deputy General Director Le Minh Sy chaired the meeting, focusing on improving human resource management between centers, supplementing and hone, training staff in knowledge such as tender training, new circulars and English. The Centers focus on implementing new projects and reporting on management and difficulties encountered to the Board of Directors. The General Director asked the centers to combine more resources and works to perform projects well with the potential resources of the company. 

At the end of the meeting, the representatives of Center 2 presented the typical construction plans, which were specifically implemented at the project, giving optimal measures for the quality and safety of the works.
