CONINCO 3C’s Review Meeting for Third Quarter of 2024

On October 2, 2024, CONINCO 3C Joint Stock Company held its review meeting for third-quarter of 2024. The members of the Board of Directors, leaders of departments, units and project managers from various provinces and cities nationwide attended. For remote projects, the meeting was conducted via video conference, ensuring full participation and connectivity.

Deputy General Director Le Minh Sy leads the proceedings, with departments presenting reports on their production and business performance through the end of the third-quarter of 2024. Outstanding efforts were acknowledged, with particular praise given to units that exceeded their targets, including the Design Center (109% completion), Project Center 3 (164%), and the most impressive, the Southern Center, which reached 179%. The remarkable progress of the Southern Center was a testament to the visionary and innovative leadership of the Board of Directors, as this unit, though recently established, has demonstrated its capacity and potential for rapid growth.

The Board of Directors also focused on discussing the production status of other units, while attentively considering suggestions for improving management processes. In response, they have committed to adjusting the company’s policies and regulations to better align with current production needs. Additionally, several strategic decisions were made, particularly concerning employee policies, such as labor contracts, social insurance, and workplace safety regulations. With a focus on enhancing employee welfare and ensuring that both personal and family life thrive, the Board of Directors is committed to building a skilled and cohesive workforce. The Board of directors aimed to foster a united, strong, and thriving CONINCO 3C team for the future.
