In June 2021, the construction project progress of Berriver Long Bien works meets the requirements of the investor, details are as follows:

Court N02:

- Plastering in floors 1 to 20

- Installing frames and glass windows from 3rd floor to 20th floor, reaching 90%

- Installing loggia doors from 3rd to 10th floor, reaching 20%

- Rolling of apartment floors from 3rd floor to 6th floor reaches 90%

- Grade 1 baits from 3rd to 8th floor reach 90%

- Plastering toilets on the 3rd and 4th floors reached 80%

- Waterproofing of toilets and loggias from 3rd to 6th floors reaches 60%

- Conduit and wire the electrical system at 90%

- Water supply system for floors 3-20 reaches 90%

- Drainage system for floors 3-30 reaches 70%

- Installation of fire hoses in corridors of floors 2 - 20 reached 80%

- Grade 1, 2nd-5th, get 20%

- Installation of aluminum window frames from 2nd to 10th floor reaches 45%
