Progress of housing project for sale to Hanoi policemen and others in Dai Kim, Hanoi 10/2022

After launching the emulation and speeding up the progress, the housing project for sale to Hanoi policemen and others in Dai Kim, Hanoi has achieved great success and is on track to improve on and complete the project as planned.

Up till now, the progress of primary packages under the project is as follows:

1/ Paintings inside the apartment: basically complete (except for Unit 4)

2/ WC and logia tiling in the apartment: basically complete (except for Unit 4)

3/ Wooden flooring of the apartment: basically complete (except for Unit 4)

4/ Construction of glass façade doors with aluminum frame: 98% complete

5/ Construction of apartment ceilings: basically complete (except for Unit 4)

6/ Construction of fire protection system: 95% complete

7/ Elevator construction: accreditation completed

8/ Construction of Light electrics: 95% complete

9/ Construction of water supply and drainage system: 90% complete

10/ Paintings of the facades of the building: the coat of primer completed, 1^st layer of paint is basically completed

11/ Installation of apartment equipment: 70% complete
