Progress of the Social Housing Project - Lac Vien 3_10.2024

Located in the area most directly and severely affected by Storm No. 3 - Yagi when it made landfall in our country. However, thanks to the decisive direction of the Investor, the close coordination and consultation of the Project Management Consultant and CONINCO 3C, as well as the serious, careful, and meticulous implementation of safety measures, the Social Housing Project - Lac Vien 3 has minimized the damages caused by Storm Yagi, ensuring the safety of people and property at the project site.

After the storm has passed, CONINCO 3C, along with the Investor and relevant units, quickly began reviewing, inspecting, and addressing any damages incurred, ensuring that the project could resume construction safely and promptly. As a result, the progress and quality of construction have been maintained and emphasized, meeting the technical requirements and objectives set forth. 

By the end of September, the high-rise blocks CT3A, CT3B, CT4A, CT4B, CT5, and CT6 have been progressing with the structural work and the installation of mechanical and electrical components. The low-rise blocks TT1 to TT11 are simultaneously implementing structural construction and wall finishing. The implementation tasks have been organized by CONINCO 3C, coordinating personnel with the Investor's staff and the construction unit to ensure full inspection and acceptance, meeting all quality criteria for the project.
