Project progress of Park Kiara luxury apartment project - Park city phase 3B in March 2021

On April 7, 2021, the Park Kiara - Park city luxury apartment project phase 3B has achieved the following progress: :

1. Complete the entire underground structure.

2. Construction of body structure:

- Pillars on floor 12B, tower A.

- Floor beams 12A, Tower B.

3. MEP work: 

- Floor sound pipe system from A to T12B, tower B to T12A.

- Complete:

+ Tower A to 5th floor, drainage shaft to T7. 

+ Tower B completes the drainage axis to T6.

4. Plastering work:

- Tower A: 

+ Construction: T8 – 30%; T7 - 70%; T6 – 90%; T5 - 95%. 

+ Inner plaster: T5 - 25%.

- Tower B: 

+ Construction: T5 - 85%

5. Covering works: 90%
